    Shipping Policy
    We provide free shipping for all orders shipped within the continental United States. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, a physical address must be provided.
    We do not offer International shipping; we do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
    All orders are shipped through UPS and/or USPS.
    Orders will take 1-2 business days for processing and handling time. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.)
    Most orders are delivered 3-10 business days after shipment. Shipments may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control such as inclement weather, issues with the delivery address, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. Some items may take longer than expected depending on shipping location or shipping method.
    In no event shall Kaspien be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, pandemic, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services; it being understood that Kaspien shall use reasonable efforts which are consistent with accepted practices in the retail industry to resume performance as soon as practicable under the circumstances.
    Return Policy
    All returns must be authorized by KaspienLIQ and processed through the eBay returns page.
    Returns will not be accepted if prior approval has not been arranged.
    Returns can be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    Buyer pays for shipping on all returns unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged in shipping.
    If a product arrives as incorrect, defective, or damaged, please contact KaspienLIQ as soon as possible.
    Unless otherwise approved by KaspienLIQ, all returned products must not be used or expired and must remain in the same condition as they are received in. Returned items must include the original packaging.
    If the item is not returned in the same condition as it was shipped, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 50% of the item’s sale price.
    Products must be sent back using a trackable shipping method. After we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be processed and applied to the same payment method the order was placed with. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to be processed.
